Hi, I'm James


I am on a mission to help driven leaders and parents with their mental well-being. Guiding them to overcome their hidden struggles by showing them there is another way to reclaim clarity, self-belief, and balance in their life.

After nearly 25 years navigating high-pressure environments in the financial industry—while privately battling stress, overwhelm, depression, and even suicidal ideation— I’ve come to understand that true success isn’t just about titles and external achievements.

I know what it’s like to feel unfulfilled, even when everything “looks” successful from the outside.

In 2014, despite a thriving career and a beautiful family, I found myself at a crossroads—disconnected, burned out, and searching for something more. I was achieving, yet I felt lost. That turning point led me to seek real, lasting change.

Traditional therapy helped in some ways, but I felt like it only helped me manage, not truly resolve things for good. I began exploring alternative approaches that challenged my conventional mental health strategies. Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in understanding human behaviour, the brain and mental health. Through a combination of modalities including, The DeMartini Method, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Healing, and Hypnotherapy, and for the first time that I could remember, I had sustainable mental well-being.

This work didn’t just change my mindset—it transformed my career, relationships, and my entire approach to life.

Now, I’m on a mission and am committed to guide others through the same journey
